I’m thinking about developing a platform for project execution strategy development for major projects. I have over 20 years of experience in the area and I’m about to launch my own advisory business in growth Strategy development and delivery. I have templates, models, workshop agendas etc altho I’d like to make them into a cloud solution that I can use with clients or potentially sell the service with a license fee? Just a thought at the moment.
